My Husband's Family's Recipe For Polish Mistakes

Polish Mistakes

These are served Christmas Eve after Midnight Mass in my husband's family. They are really good. His mom (god rest her wonderful soul) served the children, which were all her children and the grandkids, cheese, peperoni slices and crackers as snack the night before Christmas. These were the best treats for us on very cold and snowy nights. Usually we has a hard time getting up Division Street on the side of the mountain in Oil City, PA. It really was a nervous time getting up that in the packed snow and we looked forward to these snacks to warm us up and replenish us after the stress we endured out on the roads. Such great memories. His mother is gone now and his father in a nursing home.
